NEW 47,500 SQFT CO-OP FACILITY TO BE BUILT AT NEWHOUSE, NORTH LANARKSHIRE

Fusion Assets begins 2022 with the announcement that Co-Operative Logistics have agreed to pre-let a new 47,500 sqft facility to be constructed at Newhouse in North Lanarkshire. The new £12m facility is located next to the Co-Op’s existing regional distribution centre that fronts onto the M8 at Newhouse.

First Building Let at Gartcosh Industrial Park

Fusion Assets is delighted to announce that DX Network Services have leased the first building constructed at Gartcosh Industrial Park in North Lanarkshire for a new regional distribution facility. The 18,000 sqft unit was built by Gartcosh Estates LLP, a joint venture between Fusion Assets and J Smart & Co and represents the first phase of development, with a further five standalone industrial  units currently planned for the site, totalling some 110,000 sqft.
