Fusion Assets

ENABLING SUSTAINABLE PLACES

Fusion Assets is delighted to feature in the Infrastructure Commission for Scotland’s newly published Delivery Findings report. Our unique public – private funding and delivery model for regeneration has been recognised as an example of best practise in terms of enabling infrastructure for economic development and place objectives. In particular the Infrastructure Commission for Scotland report highlights the collaborative approach adopted by Fusion Assets with its private sector partners and the shared approach to risk and reward, which supports the notion of best value.

While we remain a small property regeneration company, albeit with a unique delivery model, we are delighted at the recognition and that our skills, knowledge and experience can make a contribution to Scotland’s long term vision of an inclusive net zero carbon economy.

As the report recognises, much of the success of the Fusion Assets commercial regeneration model is down to having a clear road map from the outset – a strategy that delivers private sector investment, economic development and ultimately additional employment opportunities in return for the initial public sector investment in enabling infrastructure.
