The established Dundyvan Industrial Estate lies to the south west of Coatbridge, between the town centre and the Shawhead Junction of the A725/ M8 motorway.
Fusion Assets worked through a joint venture partnership with Glasgow based CBC to secure loan funding from SPRUCE for the development of a 3 acre vacant site within the existing Dundyvan Industrial Estate to provide 44,000 sq ft of new build industrial space, across three separate blocks.
The development was completed in October 2013, with a number of units successfully let or sold on completion.
The development offers flexible accommodation to businesses in units ranging from 2,000 sqft to 20,000 sqft for sale or to lease – there are a variety of tenants on site with a single large unit of 5,000sqft still available.
The investment was sold in January 2017 to international clients of London based IO Asset Management and any enquiries should be made to the letting agents – Ryden or Savills.
