Online forms

There is an online form to allow you to make an enquiry.

Each form requests your contact details and if you do provide personal information we will use it only to process your request and, thereafter in accordance with the individual Data Protection registrations for the services provided.

Visitor statistics

To help us monitor website trends and statistics, our webserver collects visitor information such as IP address, city or country of origin, type of browser and operating system used, pages visited and duration of visit. These statistics are anonymised and we do not use this information to identify individuals.

Fusion Assets is a subsidiary company of North Lanarkshire Council.The council is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and at all times will comply with the terms of the Act when processing your personal data.

If you give us personal data as part of an information request through this website, we will only process your data for the purpose or purposes given unless we are required or entitled by law or an order of court to produce the personal data for another purpose.
