Site Works Completed and Ready for Development

Location
In January 2013, Fusion Assets acquired Plot Y at Eurocentral on the M8/A8 at Holytown. The Eurocentral development is one of the most high profile commercial locations within Central Scotland and includes the Eurofreight Terminal, Maxim office development and Dakota Hotel. The 3 acre site purchased by Fusion Assets is located between Condor Glen and McNeil Drive at the western end of Eurocentral close to the motorway junction.

Development 
Fusion Assets have secured detailed planning consent for a 38,000 sqft industrial and distribution scheme and have undertaken a package of advanced infrastructure work consisting of site remediation and servicing. Following a tender process CBC have been selected as the preferred joint venture partner to undertake the development. The partners are currently in the process of setting up a new joint venture company and securing finance for the development.

Accommodation
The proposed scheme is made up of four individual blocks capable of accommodating a range of units from 2,000 sqft to 9,300sqft with some units offering dedicated yard space. Construction of the scheme is currently anticipated to begin on site at the end of 2019.
