Walter Dunlop is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 27 years experience of the UK construction and property industry. Formerly an equity Partner of Mackenzie Partnership and a Director with the global construction company Davis Langdon (an AECOM Company) with responsibility for leading the Banking Tax and Finance Fund Monitoring and Construction Business Recovery Team in Scotland. Walter has developed a considerable track record in the field of property finance and investment across a variety of sectors and has gained an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the key issues that drive the development process from both a public and private sector perspective.
